This 3+3 international twinning programme will earn you USU's Medical Doctor's Degree (MD) once you fulfil all your course requirements and pass your exams.

The first three pre-clinical years of study are conducted in the Universitas Sumatera Utara in Medan, Indonesia where you will be given an unequalled degree of coaching and attention from your mentors.

The following three years of clinical studies will take place at the ACMS campus in Penang, Malaysia and training will commence in a network of teaching hospitals in Kepala Batas in Penang, Baling in Kedah and Kangar in Perlis. You will learn more about diseases that are unique to Malaysia and Indonesia.

The course is conducted in Bahasa Indonesia / Malaysia and English.
